A total of 182 final-year B.Tech students from Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science (MITS) have secured placements with Cognizant Technology Solutions, said principal Dr. P. Ramanathan.
The highest package offered was ₹6.75 lakh per annum (LPA), with most offers ranging between ₹4 LPA and ₹5.5 LPA. The placed students include CSE (72), CST (35), CAI (38), cyber security (9), data science (13), ECE (11), EEE (2), and M.Tech-CSE (2). The institute’s management, including Chancellor Dr. N. Vijaya Bhaskar Choudary and Vice-Chancellor Dr. C. Yuvaraj, congratulated the achievers.
