Trisha Yearwood’s early life and singing career
Patricia Lynn Yearwood was born on September 19, 1964, about an hour outside of Atlanta in Monticello, Georgia. Her mother, Gwendolyn Yearwood, was a teacher while her father, Jack Howard Yearwood, worked at a bank. She is especially close to her younger sister, Beth Bernard, who often appears on her cooking show.
