BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 28. A magnitude 6.1
earthquake struck the Turkish province of Balikesir, Turkish
Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said, Trend reports.
The epicenter of the tremors was in the Sındırgı district of
Balikesir.
The earthquake struck at 10:48 PM local time and was felt in
many parts of the country, including Istanbul.
